Headway Corporate Resources seeks qualified candidates for Non-Profit Marketing Director position in White Plains, NY!!

Responsibilities
Execute the overall strategic marketing plan for the Foundation. This includes creating/writing integrated plans for all major Foundation campaigns and events

Spearhead the development of a marketing/research database. Responsible for reporting, metrics and measurements. Work closely with all departments to help meet business goals

Formulate potential word of mouth Campaigns

Work closely with Direct Mail group and CRM (Constituent Relationship Management) to take campaigns through acquisition phase to renewal

Supervise staff of 3 direct reports and 2 indirect reports providing guidance, leadership, focus and feedback

Oversee e-marketing efforts and local chapter marketing resources.
Investigate Mobile opportunities

Qualifications
BA degree plus 5-7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. MBA a PLUS!

Experience with writing marketing plans, project management, e-marketing plans, implementing metrics and measurement systems

Proficient MS Office and database skills, Internet Fluent

Previous supervisory skills required

Strategic thinking and solid project management experience are critical

Must be able to think creatively, be flexible a self-starter

Excellent written and verbal communications skills
