The Santhigram Wellness Center, dedicated to bringing together the benefits of ancient wisdom and western knowledge, features a clinic staffed by an expert team of an Ayurvedic doctor and Ayurvedic specialists and will offer yoga & meditation, diet & lifestyle counseling, , special rejuvenation programs, lectures, and seminars.
The Center will host an open house on July 31st between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. The public is welcome to attend and learn about the Center’s variety of body and mind rejuvenation programs and services. The Open House will include a seminar on the basics of Ayurveda, yoga & meditation information sessions and an Ayurveda cooking demonstration.
