Senior Commercial Collector

We have an immediate opening for a motivated, self-starter Senior Commerical Collector to call customers business-to-business to resolve invoices.  This position reports to the Collections Manager and is located in White Plains, New York.
 
Job Requirements:
- Degree
- 5 years commercial non-secured collections experience
- Must be able to maintain and develop professional customer relationships and  
   professionally interact with other staff members
- Must be team player with positive attitude, high energy level and ability to quickly
   establish customer rapport
- Strong problem solving ability, good negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent verbal, listening and written communication skills
Specific Job Duties:
- Collecting non-secured delinquent accounts by initiating telephone calls to all levels of
  customers' organization
- Researching customer issues and working through account reconciliations
- Working to ensure that the best practices' in the industry are implemented and used to
   achieve the Corporate goals
